Job Description

SUMMARY:

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and document standard operating procedures that define the support, build, test and deployment for imaging, applications packaging and deployment, security patching and deployment.
  • Develop scripts to automate processes.
  • Manage and administer standardized provisioning, application delivery and security updates.
  • Administer and support endpoint management platforms deployments and migration for clients to include:

Support platforms Intune and SCCM:

  • Image management for endpoint devices
  • Patching, compliance, and reporting experience
  • Device provisioning and Autopilot
  • Device enrollment and remediation
  • Create and maintain build documentation
  • Download and approve new updates for testing based on client defined schedules
  • Assist with the Enterprise Product Evaluation (EPE) for new hardware introduction
  • Provide adequate user and system documentation that cover system specifications, operational guides, and recovery plans
  • Ability to follow written & verbal directions  

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • AAS in Business Management, Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 5 years' experience with workstation management, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Windows desktop OS including Active Directory, Group Policy, Users, Security Groups.
  • Experience with SQL Reporting, PowerShell or other scripting language.
  • Excellent working knowledge of major manufacture hardware (Dell, HP etc).
  • Certifications preferred - Microsoft MCSE/MCSA, etc.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure
  • Experience supporting endpoint Security/anti-virus
  • Understanding of IT Management processes such as ITIL.

  • Ability to collaborate with project and operations teams for development of solutions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, meeting deadlines and service level agreements

  • Excellent customer services skills.
