As we expand our on-site development hub in India, we are seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python and React.js to join our high-performance team. Role & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Python frameworks (Django or Flask) paired with React.js front ends. Implement and consume RESTful APIs, integrating user interfaces with back-end services and databases for seamless data flow. Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliverables. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability in both on-premise and cloud environments. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; enforce best practices in unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration/deployment. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues; maintain high availability and reliability SLAs. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field. 4+ years of hands-on full stack development experience with Python (Django or Flask) and React.js. Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs; working knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar), and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent debugging, problem-solving skills, and clear communication in a collaborative environment. Preferred Experience with TypeScript, Redux, or other front-end state management libraries. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization using Docker or Kubernetes. Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest, Selenium). Hands-on exposure to GraphQL, microservices architecture, or serverless deployments. Understanding of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
