Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Scaffolding Designer proficient in Autodesk Fusion 360 to create detailed scaffolding designs, models, and fabrication drawings. The ideal candidate will have experience in structural design, construction scaffolding, and the ability to collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and model scaffolding structures using Autodesk Fusion 360 for construction, industrial, and maintenance projects.
• Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for fabrication and assembly.
• Ensure designs comply with safety regulations, load requirements, and industry standards (OSHA, EN 12811, etc.).
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and construction teams to optimize scaffolding solutions.
• Perform structural analysis and simulations to validate design integrity.
• Modify existing designs based on site requirements and client feedback.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and cost estimates for scaffolding projects.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in scaffolding design and Autodesk Fusion 360 features.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in scaffolding design, structural drafting, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Fusion 360 (experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software is a plus).
• Strong understanding of scaffolding systems (tube & clamp, frame, modular, etc.).
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and load calculations.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with sufficient experience).

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in construction, oil & gas, shipbuilding, or industrial scaffolding.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows.
• Experience with parametric design and automation in Fusion 360.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
