This Senior Analyst role involves designing, developing, and implementing Coupa integrations and configurations to improve supply chain efficiency for clients. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring Coupa modules, creating technical documentation, and conducting unit testing. Coupa configuration experience and relevant certifications are typically required.
Create and deploy various Coupa modules and integrations based on client requirements.
Collaborate with clients and functional teams to document platform and integration needs.
Set up and customize modules by configuring things like Account-to-Account (CoA) charts, commodities, lookups, custom fields, and approval chains.
Create and maintain technical design documentation for the Coupa platform, including details on custom fields, forms, and notifications.
Conduct unit testing to ensure the system meets functional and technical requirements and performs as expected.
Design and build integration solutions between Coupa and other enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and other tools.
Work with functional teams, client IT stakeholders, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
