S&C GN - SC&O - SCM Planning OMP Senior Manager

As a highly skilled and experienced practitioner at Accenture Strategy and Consulting, you will lead and manage business transformation programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their key priorities, shape the transformation roadmap, and lead the Innovation agenda. You will design and deliver transformation roadmap and business case, aligning with client goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will include deploying Accenture's standard methods, tools, and assets to drive standardization during the implementation. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategies to drive business process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve cost savings. Conceptualization and implementation of GenAI, AI, Analytics, automation products and solutions to drive innovation in client processes will also be a part of your role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Consulting, Operations, and Client account teams, to ensure successful project execution is essential. You will identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation initiatives, provide leadership and guidance to project teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Monitoring and reporting on project progress, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of key milestones, and engaging with senior stakeholders to communicate project status, challenges, and successes will also be part of your responsibilities.
