About the Role

Manager SC Digital IBP

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  IBP transformation projects

  leveraging digital tools, analytics, and advanced planning platforms.
• Collaborate with client leadership to design and implement

  integrated business planning processes

  across demand, supply, inventory, and financial planning.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery including scoping, planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
• Build digital solutions for

  forecasting, demand planning, and supply-demand balancing

  .
• Provide insights into

  supply chain optimization, scenario planning, and S&OP maturity improvement

  .
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of IBP solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts in project execution.
• Contribute to business development initiatives by preparing proposals, case studies, and thought leadership content.

Required Skills & Experience

• 812 years of experience in

  Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  supply chain processes, demand planning, inventory optimization, and scenario analysis

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  digital supply chain planning tools

  (Kinaxis, O9, SAP IBP, Anaplan, Blue Yonder, etc.).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in

  Excel, SQL, and visualization tools

  (Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Consulting experience with global clients (preferred).

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI/ML applications in supply chain planning.
• Experience in

  digital twins

  and supply chain analytics.
• MBA or Masters degree in Supply Chain/Operations/Business Analytics.
• Certification in

  APICS CPIM/CSCP

  or equivalent.
