Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an SBI Life Mitra. The SBI Life Mitra will be responsible for identifying potential clients, offering life insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include contacting leads, conducting needs assessments, providing customized insurance plans, assisting with policy applications, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves staying updated on product knowledge and regulatory changes to provide accurate advice to clients.

Qualifications

• Sales techniques and client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of life insurance products and services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in local language(s) and/or multiple languages is a plus
• Understanding of insurance regulations and compliance
• Relevant work experience in the insurance industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Finance, or related fields preferred)
