Looking for candidate those who can monitor SBIATMS in there nearby location radius of 10km this candidate has to maintain 25 Atms by visiting on daily basis if there is any fault in SBIATMS like door issues, AC issues, hygiene, Security issues So the main part candidate has to call the concerned person/ Vendor (which Training contact number will be given in training ) and he has to take action immediately on vendors. Post completing the works candidate has to leave SBI ATM premises

Responsibilities

• Preventive and maintenance checks:

  Regularly inspect a portfolio of 40 to 50 ATMs to verify their proper function, cleanliness, and overall condition.

• Security monitoring:

  Conduct routine security checks to detect and report any signs of fraud, such as skimming devices, hidden cameras, or tampering with the card reader or keypad.

• Fraud and incident response:

  In case of theft, vandalism, fire, or flood, the FE must immediately visit the affected ATM and report the incident to their supervisor.

• Cash management:

  For outsourced ATMs, the FE liaises with cash-in-transit (CIT) agencies and custodians to ensure timely cash replenishment and prevent "cash-out" situations.

• Technical support coordination:

  Manage and log any technical issues in the help desk system. If problems require second-line maintenance (SLM), such as router or network failures, the FE coordinates with vendors and engineers for a timely resolution based on service level agreements (SLAs).

• Vendor management:

  Maintain contact and coordinate with various field personnel, including cash custodians, security guards, housekeeping staff, and technical vendors, for efficient problem-solving.

• Log and report generation:

  Keep detailed records of ATM visits, issues, maintenance actions, and incidents. Prepare and submit regular reports to management.

• Ambiance and branding:

  Ensure that the ATM lobby and machine display the correct and current advertising materials as per bank guidelines.

• Equipment upkeep:

  Monitor the functionality of critical infrastructure, including air conditioning units, UPS, CCTV, and lighting, and arrange for repairs when needed.

Qualifications and requirements

• Education:

  A Degree is often the minimum requirement, with some roles preferring an undergraduate .

• Technical skills:

  Basic understanding of ATM hardware and operations, as well as general computer proficiency, is necessary.

• Soft skills:

  Strong communication, time management, problem-solving, and coordination skills are essential.

• Physical requirements:

  The job is field-based and requires travel to different ATM locations. A willingness to work in shifts may be necessary.

Eligibility Field Executive ATM (CMF/FE)

Minimum: 21 Yrs. - to Maximum - 30 Age Range Yrs.

Qualification Minimum Graduate

Minimum 1 Yrs. (Preference is of Service industry, Experience BFSI / Company like Phonepe & G PAY PayTm)

Local language - Read / Write / Speak Language Knowledge English - Read / Write
