Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide L3/L4 support for the Saviynt product.
Act as a lead and work stream participant on small to medium-sized projects.
Onboard applications specific to Saviynt and manage Access Review campaigns, SODs, RBAC, and other IAM functionalities.
Implement and support JML processes for identity management products.
Write complex SQL queries and understand REST APIs and JSON files.
Collaborate with stakeholders from Security, Operations, Application Owners, and Service Providers to enhance IAM solutions.
Transition services from implementation partners post-deployment and operationalize IAM solutions.
Build strong professional relationships with client personnel and deliver timely, high-quality work.
Identify issues and opportunities, communicating them to senior members as necessary.
Adapt to changing environments and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
Prepare documentation and presentations as required.

Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience in Saviynt
Knowledge of administration tasks in IAM
Expertise in application onboarding and IAM functionalities like Access Reviews, SODs, RBAC
Proficiency in JML implementation/support for identity management products
Ability to write complex SQL queries
Good understanding of REST APIs and JSON
Familiarity with Java/Python or other programming languages
Knowledge of Git and code repository processes
Understanding of operating systems and database concepts
Strong documentation and presentation skills
