Electronics Engineer (ECE Graduate - Firmware Development) -



a) Responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining the low-level software that interacts directly with hardware components. Ensure firmware meets Industry and Regulatory standards

b) Firmware Development: Design, implement, and test firmware for embedded systems and devices. Write efficient and reliable code in languages such as C, C++, or Assembly

c) Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues in firmware through testing, debugging, and system analysis. Conduct performance testing and validation procedures to ensure system reliability.

d) Collaboration with team: Work closely with hardware/ software engineers to ensure firmware is optimized for specific hardware and software components. Participate in the design and evaluation of interfaces between hardware and firmware

e) Identify problems or bugs on products and make an exhaustive test reports for developers

f) Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing to ensure firmware reliability and functionality in various scenarios. Provide post-production support when necessary

g) Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, root cause and fine tune hardware parameters as per reqirements

h) Maintain documentation related to design and others as per QMS

Technical Sales Engineer (Automated Test Equipments) (ECE Graduate) -

Learn and understand ATE products, test instruments, and related electronic components.

Assist senior sales engineers in customer visits, demos, and product presentations.

lead generation, requirement gathering, and technical discussions with customers.

Prepare sales follow-up reports.

Maintain and update customer database in Zoho CRM/Zoho Recruit.

Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery timelines, and technical support.

Participate in market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning activities.

Provide timely updates on customer meetings, opportunities, and closures.

Requirements

Strong interest in electronics, test & measurement, and technical sales.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to understand technical concepts quickly.

Basic knowledge of electronic components, circuits, or test equipment is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Willingness to travel within Chennai for client meetings.

PLC Programming (Engineer - Projects) - Robotics and Automation / E&I / ECE / Mechatronics Graduate
- Assist in PLC program development, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Support on-site commissioning and debugging of automation panels and systems.
- Understand client requirements and ensure software logic aligns with functional specifications.
- Coordinate with electrical design and project execution teams.
- Maintain proper documentation for software versions and configuration changes.
- Travel to customer sites (within India) for installation, commissioning, and service support.
Eligibility Criteria -
- B.E / B.Tech in EEE, ECE, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related discipline.
- Strong understanding of basic electrical and automation concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new automation platforms and tools.
- Willing to travel for project commissioning as and when required.

d. Software Developer -

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test Python-based software components and scripts for digital products / projects and automation tools.
Assist in building web applications, APIs, and backend services using Python frameworks such as Flask or Django.
Support data acquisition, transformation, and analysis workflows from multiple sources (databases, sensors, or APIs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated Digital Technology Solutions for internal and client projects.
Participate in prototyping, debugging, and performance optimization of developed applications.
Work on automation and integration tasks with IoT, industrial systems, or business process applications.
Prepare documentation, version control (Git), and maintain structured development records.

Requirements

Technical Skills Required

Strong foundation in Python programming and object-oriented design.
Basic experience with Flask or Django frameworks for web and API development.
Familiarity with SQL / NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON/XML data formats, and integration techniques.
Exposure to data analytics, Excel/CSV automation, or scripting for data handling.
Basic understanding of IoT communication protocols (MQTT, Modbus, OPC-UA) – desirable.
Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
Optional: Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, or OpenCV for data or image handling.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Pursuing B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/BCA/MCA in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
Final year students with atleast 80% throughout academics (no arrears).
Academic or personal projects demonstrating Python programming proficiency will be an advantage.
Shortlisted students should be willing to travel to customer locations (PAN India).

e. Technical Sales Engineer - Electronic Assembly & Repair Products

Learn and understand the company’s product portfolio (Electronic Assembly Tools, Repair Products).
Assist the sales team in identifying potential customers and generating leads through market research.
Support senior engineers in customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Prepare quotations, basic proposals, and follow up with customers under guidance.
Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, and customer interactions in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams (service/logistics/finance) for smooth order processing.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

B.Sc (Physics / Chemistry / Electronics) graduate.
UG as mentioned above + MBA (Marketing) can also apply.
Fresh graduates with strong interest in technical sales and customer engagement (CGPA - 8.0 and above with no arrears).
Basic knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and test equipment preferred.
