STORE MANAGER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• · Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met
• · Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in store marketing
• · Assigns duties to relevant employees
• · Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees
• · Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• · Track and manage inventory at store
• · Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• · Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• · Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• · Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• · Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
• · Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• · Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• · Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)

Retail Store Manager qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• 5+ years of retail management experience
• Computer database and productivity software skills required
• Proven history of successfully training employees in a variety of departments
• Strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and work within a budget

JOB LOCATION :- All Chhattisgarh districts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
