SAP WM consultant

Role Overview: As an experienced SAP WM Consultant with expertise in S/4HANA implementation projects, you will be responsible for leading or supporting end-to-end implementation of SAP WM in S/4HANA environments. Your role will involve conducting requirement gathering workshops, analyzing business processes, designing scalable WM solutions, configuring and customizing SAP WM, and integrating WM with MM, SD, PP, and QM modules for seamless operations. Additionally, you will design and execute testing scenarios, provide post go-live support, prepare functional specifications, collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders, conduct end-user training, and stay updated with new SAP S/4HANA WM/EWM functionalities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead or support end-to-end implementation of SAP WM in S/4HANA environments. - Conduct requirement gathering workshops, analyze business processes, and design scalable WM solutions. - Configure and customize SAP WM to meet client-specific warehouse and logistics requirements. - Integrate WM with MM, SD, PP, and QM modules for seamless operations. - Design and execute testing scenarios (Unit, Integration, UAT) and support data migration activities. - Provide post go-live support, resolve production issues, and optimize WM operations. - Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows). - Collaborate with technical teams, key users, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. - Conduct end-user training and create user manuals and process documentation. - Stay current with new SAP S/4HANA WM/EWM functionalities and recommend improvements. Qualification Required: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP WM implementation and support. - 2+ full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations (greenfield or brownfield). - Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes, storage unit management, putaway, picking, transfer orders, and physical inventory. - Experience integrating WM with Material Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP). - Good knowledge of RF transactions, handling units, batch management, and inventory management. - Exposure to EWM concepts or migration from WM to EWM is a plus. - Proficiency in writing functional specifications and working with ABAP teams. - Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills. - SAP WM certification or S/4HANA certification preferred.
