SAP Vertex Consultant

Role Overview: As a SAP FI Vertex Consultant at Wipro, you will be responsible for integrating Vertex indirect tax products with SAP Financial Systems, analyzing business requirements, providing consultative support to clients, managing projects, mentoring team members, managing tax data, designing alternatives, and understanding costs. You will play a key role in translating tax requirements into product functionalities and ensuring the successful implementation of tax solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Leading the integration of Vertex indirect tax products with SAP Financial Systems - Translating tax requirements into product functionalities - Offering consultative support and addressing client concerns - Developing project proposals, coordinating project activities, and providing project reports - Guiding other team members for Tax items in a cross-team environment - Managing SAP FI Vertex tax data - Designing, proposing, and deploying alternatives - Understanding the relationship between costs, schedule, quality, and speed - Ability to participate in calls during EST hours as required Qualifications Required: - At least five years of experience in SAP Tax, Vertex, or other tax engine for North America - At least one full ERP to tax engine implementation experience - Knowledge of Vertex Accelerator and VENDORecon - SAP retail accounting knowledge will be a plus Company Details: RADIANSYS INC is the client for this role, and you will be working at the PAN India Wipro Office in a hybrid setup.
