Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, remote SAP Trainer to join our team at Route Upskilling Academy. The SAP Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions in SAP modules, designing curriculum content, and providing practical, real-world examples to enhance the learning experience. Additional responsibilities include guiding trainees on industry-relevant use cases, supporting participants in understanding business processes, and offering mentorship during their learning journey.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP FICO/MM and Materials Management
• Strong Training and Consulting skills for delivering engaging and effective sessions
• Understanding of Business Processes and their integration with SAP implementation
• Experience in facilitating materials related to SAP and managing learning objectives
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and industry practices
• Relevant certifications in SAP are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
