SAP Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instructor-led training (online/offline) on SAP modules such as SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HCM, or other relevant areas.
• Develop, update, and maintain course materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
• Guide students through practical projects and real-time scenarios to enhance learning outcomes.
• Prepare candidates for SAP certification exams.
• Provide mentorship and career guidance to trainees.
• Evaluate and assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP trends and module updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation/support/training.
• Proficiency in at least one SAP module (FICO, MM, SD, etc.).
• Prior experience in training or mentoring is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.
• SAP Certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with virtual classroom tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet).
• Content creation skills using PPT, LMS, or e-learning tools.
• Positive attitude and passion for teaching.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,133.27 - ₹51,717.95 per month
