Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Trainer to deliver high-quality training on SAP modules to students or professionals. The trainer will be responsible for course delivery, hands-on system training, doubt clarification, and exam/job preparation support.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver instructor-led training on SAP modules (e.g., SAP FICO, MM, SD, ABAP, HANA, Basis, HCM, S/4HANA)

· Explain SAP concepts from basic to advanced level

· Conduct practical, hands-on sessions using real-time scenarios

· Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and exercises

· Guide learners on SAP certification preparation

· Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and projects

· Provide career guidance and interview preparation support

· Stay updated with latest SAP versions and industry trends

· Support online training using tools like Zoom, Teams, or LMS platforms (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Commerce, or related field

· SAP Certification in relevant module (preferred)

· 2+ years of SAP implementation or support experience

· Prior training or teaching experience is an advantage

· Strong knowledge of business processes related to the SAP module

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and clear way

Preferred Skills

· Real-time project or industry experience

· Experience training freshers or working professionals

· Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA

· Comfortable with online / remote training
