Role Overview:

SAP Test Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage
end-to-end SAP testing programs
for large and complex projects.
Oversee test strategy, planning, estimation, execution, and reporting.
Drive
S/4HANA migration testing projects
and ensure smooth transition and minimal business disruption.
Collaborate with clients during
pre-sales activities
by providing SAP testing solutions, effort estimation, and proposals.
Apply
estimation models
to plan testing efforts effectively.
Ensure alignment with business stakeholders and manage client communications proactively.
Provide leadership to testing teams and ensure timely delivery of quality outcomes.
Identify opportunities to leverage
test automation tools
in SAP landscapes.
Manage risks, issues, and escalations while maintaining project governance.

Required Skills & Experience:

12+ years of overall experience
, with strong SAP testing management expertise.
Proven experience in handling
large-scale SAP testing projects
.
Hands-on experience with
S/4HANA migration testing
.
Strong
pre-sales experience
in SAP testing solutions.
Proficiency in
test management tools
(HP ALM, Jira, Solution Manager, etc.).
Good knowledge of
test automation tools
used in SAP (e.g., Worksoft, Tricentis Tosca, UFT).
Strong
stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
.
Experience in applying
various estimation models
for SAP projects.
