Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards within the SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics module. Create Report stories as per stakeholders requirements Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analytics. Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI/Qlik. Integrate data from various sources to provide comprehensive analytics solutions. Customize and optimize system functionalities to meet the unique needs of each client. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives. Develop and implement data models and algorithms to enhance reporting capabilities. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and strategies. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes and provide expert guidance on best practices related to SuccessFactors modules. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure seamless adoption of the implemented solutions. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SuccessFactors modules with other HR systems and applications as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure system interoperability. Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides. Develop and generate reports using SuccessFactors reporting tools. Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience with other HRIS systems. Knowledge of SQL and other data querying languages. Certification in SAP SuccessFactors or Power BI. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics. Some experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools. Strong background in data analytics and data modeling. Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics module. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Some knowledge of Power BI, including DAX and Power Query. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
