Requirements:

• Min 10+ Years in SAP Successfactor with Certified Time Management.
• We are seeking an offshore SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off resource with extensive configuration experience. This role involves configuring time off policies, managing accruals, and setting up holiday calendars within the system.
• The candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, performing system audits, and reviewing compliance with local labor laws. Additionally, they will collaborate with HR teams to optimize time off processes and provide training to end-users.
