Job Description

Role Overview

We are hiring a SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Onboarding 2.0, and Succession & Development (CDP/Succession). The role includes end-to-end configuration, solution design, and client support for UAE-based engagements and requires strong hands-on capability across all listed modules.

This is a Hyderabad-based (WFO) role aligned to UAE business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Lead configurations and deployments for RCM, RMK, ONB 2.0, Succession, and Development.
Configure requisition templates, offer letters, application templates, and candidate profile settings.
Manage career site branding using RMK / Career Site Builder.
Set up Onboarding 2.0 processes including panels, tasks, workflows, and EC integrations.
Implement Succession Plans, Talent Pools, Org Chart, Career Paths, and Development Plans.
Support data migration, testing, UAT cycles, and go-live activities.
Collaborate with EC and integration teams for smooth end-to-end workflows.

Skills & Experience Required

6-10 years of SuccessFactors experience.
At least 3 end-to-end implementations in:
RCM
ONB 2.0
Succession/Development
Hands-on experience with:
Job requisition and offer templates
RMK / Career Site Builder
ONB 2.0 with EC integration
Succession Org Chart, Talent Pools, Career Paths
CDP templates and competency structures
Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, candidate journeys, and onboarding transitions.
Strong communication skills to work with overseas clients.
SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules Mandatory.
