Job Description

Job Summary:

Were looking for a

Junior SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Integration Developer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations, particularly with OData APIs and Compound Employee APIs, and a solid technical understanding of SuccessFactors data models including Employee Data, Foundation Data, and Picklist Data.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the

development and maintenance of integration flows using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

Assist in configuring and consuming

SuccessFactors OData and Compound Employee APIs.

Work with senior developers to implement technical solutions aligned with business requirements.Troubleshoot and support issues related to SuccessFactors data integration and synchronization.Perform unit testing and support end-to-end validation of integration scenarios.Document integration designs, test cases, and technical specifications.

Required Skills & Experience:

Basic to intermediate experience in

SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Integration (CPI).

Working knowledge of

SuccessFactors OData and Compound Employee APIs.

Familiarity with

SuccessFactors data models (Employee Data, Foundation Data, Picklists).

Experience working with

data formats such as XML, JSON, and basic scripting (Groovy/JavaScript).

Understanding of integration concepts like mapping, routing, and exception handling.Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or project experience in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP CPI is an advantage.Awareness of authentication methods (OAuth, SAML) used in integrations.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
