Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with deep expertise in Role-Based Permissions (RBP) to join our HR technology team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and governance of RBP frameworks across SuccessFactors modules, ensuring secure and scalable access management aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Role-Based Permissions (RBP) across SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning and Performance & Goal Management).
Analyse business requirements and translate them into secure and efficient RBP structures.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and compliance teams to define permission roles, groups, and workflows.
Conduct RBP audits and ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulations.
Provide expert-level support for RBP-related issues, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for RBP configurations and governance processes.
Train and mentor junior consultants and client stakeholders on RBP best practices.
Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and recommend improvements to enhance security and usability.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, HRIS, or related field.
7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on Role-Based Permissions.
Proven experience in full-cycle implementations and post-go-live support.
Strong understanding of HR business processes and data privacy/security requirements.
SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred (especially in Employee Central or Security).
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SuccessFactors provisioning and instance synchronization.
Familiarity with SAP Identity Management (IDM) or other access control tools.
Knowledge of audit and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
Ability to work in global, cross-functional teams.
