SAP Success Factor/EC Functional/Tester

As an IT consultant at ITRadiant, your primary role will involve leading the configuration and implementation of multiple SuccessFactors modules for large organizations. You will collaborate with clients to understand their HR and talent management needs, design tailored solutions, and conduct workshops to ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices. Your responsibilities will include: - Configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules such as Bank Details, Self-Service, Global Time, and Employee Central (EC) based on industry best practices. - Developing comprehensive test plans, executing testing, and validating module configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Providing expertise and guidance on SuccessFactors modules" best practices, processes, and regulations to clients and project teams. - Conducting training sessions for end-users and support teams to facilitate the adoption and operation of SuccessFactors solutions. - Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between SuccessFactors and other systems. - Providing ongoing support and maintenance for SuccessFactors module configurations, including issue troubleshooting, defect resolution, and enhancement implementation. - Documenting configuration changes, test results, and support procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference. Your role will be crucial in optimizing HR and talent management processes through continuous learning about SuccessFactors updates, enhancements, and best practices, and proactively recommending improvements.
