SAP Spiff Professionals

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Sales Cloud with Opportunity Management or Incentive/Commissions Management(ICM) experience.

• SPIFF Solution Development: Design and implement SPIFF (Sales Performance Incentive Fund) programs and tools within the Azure ecosystem to optimize sales compensation plans and processes.


• Custom Development: Develop and customize Azure-based solutions using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL Server Database, and other services to automate SPIFF processes, ensuring compliance with business rules and accurate incentive calculations.


• Integration: Collaborate with the integration team to connect SPIFF data with external systems through Azure Integration Services, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate performance reporting.


• Reporting & Dashboards: Build custom reports and dashboards in Power BI or similar Azure-based tools to track SPIFF performance, KPIs, and compensation calculations for sales teams and management.


• Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure the development of scalable and high-quality solutions. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of SPIFF-related functionality in an Azure environment.


• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all SPIFF processes, custom development, and configurations within the Azure platform.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
  
  
  • 3+ years of experience working with Azure-based development (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL Database, etc.).
  
  
  • Experience with SPIFF or sales compensation management systems.
  
  
  • Strong understanding of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for deploying solutions.
  
  
  
  


• Skills:
  
  
  
  • Proficiency in developing with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power BI, and SQL.
  
  
  • Experience with automation tools such as Azure Automation and Power Automate.
  
  
  • Knowledge of integration techniques using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Azure Integration Services.
  
  
  • Experience with building and optimizing reports and dashboards in Power BI or Azure Data Factory.
