SAP Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture Design:

• Lead the architecture design and implementation for SAP solutions across multiple modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess needs, and provide technical leadership for SAP implementations and upgrades.
  
• Provide guidance on the integration and interoperability of SAP modules and third-party applications.
  

• Technical Leadership:

• Lead and mentor teams in the delivery of SAP projects, ensuring high-quality code and efficient delivery processes.
  
• Ensure that all designs are in compliance with SAP best practices, standards, and security guidelines.

• Manage module-specific configuration and integration activities in collaboration with business users and functional teams.
  
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and go-live for each module.
  

• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work directly with business stakeholders and IT teams to design innovative SAP solutions that enhance business operations.
  
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  
• Provide strategic direction and lead discussions regarding the latest SAP technologies, trends, and innovations.
  

• Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:

• Proactively identify issues and risks, providing solutions and mitigation strategies as needed.
  
• Address complex integration challenges and provide innovative solutions to overcome roadblocks during implementation.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12-18 years of relevant experience

  in SAP with hands-on experience in the following modules:

• ABAP/BTP (Business Technology Platform)

  In-depth expertise in ABAP programming and SAP BTP cloud solutions.

• UI/Fiori

  – Strong experience in Fiori app design and customization, including Fiori elements, design patterns, and user interface improvements.

• CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model)

  – Proficiency in cloud-native application development using CAPM on SAP BTP.

• PP/QM (Production Planning/Quality Management)

  – Expertise in SAP PP and QM processes, including integration with other modules.

• EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)

  – Knowledge of both functional and technical aspects of SAP EWM, including configuration, enhancements, and integration with warehouse operations.

• SD/OTC/GTS/LE (Sales and Distribution/Order to Cash/Global Trade Services/Logistics Execution)

  – Strong experience in SAP SD, OTC processes, GTS for global trade compliance, and LE for logistics execution.

• SAP MM/WM (Materials Management/Warehouse Management)

  – Expertise in MM and WM modules for procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

• SAP FICO (Financial Accounting/Controlling)

  – Deep knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and integration, including financial and management accounting processes.

• SAP FSCM/RAR/FI (Financial Supply Chain Management/Revenue Accounting/Financial Integration)

  – Strong experience in SAP FSCM, RAR, and FI for revenue management and financial operations.

• SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)

  – Expertise in PLM processes for managing product data and lifecycle management across the value chain.

• Technical Skills:

• Experience with

  SAP S/4HANA

  and

  SAP Fiori

  apps.
• Strong understanding of SAP Cloud and On-premise integration.
  
• Excellent programming skills in

  ABAP

• Experience with integration tools like

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

  in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

• SAP certifications

  in relevant modules are a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex SAP solutions with end-to-end responsibility.
  
• Experience in

  agile methodologies

  , project management, and leading SAP implementations.

Desirable Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA migration

  experience.
• Knowledge of

  SAP Cloud Platform

  and other SAP cloud solutions.
• Understanding of
