Job Description

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in process mining, business analytics, or process improvement, preferably with SAP Signavio.
Strong understanding of process mining concepts, event logs, and data transformation.
Experience with SAP ERP systems, especially in extracting and analyzing process data.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Signavio dashboards, Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Have good business process knowledge on at least one end to end process like PTP, OTC etc. and high level overview on other processes

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical SAP Signavio Process Intelligence & Analysis Specialist to support our business transformation initiatives through data-driven process insights. This role will focus on utilizing SAP Signavio’s Process Intelligence and Signavio Process Insights capabilities to uncover inefficiencies, monitor performance, and enable continuous improvement across business operations.

SAP Signavio Certification on Process Data Analyst
SAP Signavio certification on Business Transformation Consultant.
Working knowledge on one of more modules of SAP ERP systems
Experience with Signavio, Celonis, ARIS, or other process mining platforms.
Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
