You will collaborate with the client to understand their specific business requirements and challenges related to time off and time tracking processes. You must have mandatory experience in overtime scenarios for all weekdays, public holidays, and compensatory off. Your responsibilities will include creating all time valuations and time type groups to fulfill necessary configurations. Utilizing your expertise in SuccessFactors, you will design, configure, and implement time off and time tracking solutions. You will ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking modules with other HR systems and third-party applications as needed. Additionally, you will develop and implement custom solutions to address unique client requirements or complex business processes. You will be responsible for conducting thorough testing of configured solutions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity. Providing training and knowledge transfer to client personnel to ensure effective usage and maintenance of the SuccessFactors timesheet and time tracking modules is also part of your role. Furthermore, you will create comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices within internal teams. Your responsibilities will also include ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance, which involves addressing system updates and enhancements. Please note that onsite travel will be required for this role.,
