Job Description

SuccessFactors L2 Support Specialist

  • L2 Support for SuccessFactors: Provide advanced technical support for the SAP SuccessFactors suite, focusing on LMS , and PMGM. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated issues from L1 support, ensuring timely resolutions and minimal disruption to end users.
  • Issue Diagnosis & Resolution: Investigate complex system issues, including technical configurations, integrations, and data discrepancies. Propose effective solutions and collaborate with the technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • System Configuration & Maintenance: Handle system configurations and updates in Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Offboarding modules. Ensure that all modules are optimized, integrated, and aligned with business processes.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues, create solutions or workarounds, and document troubleshooting steps to ensure problems do not recur in the future.
  • User Support & Training: Mentor L1 support team members and provide them with technical guidance. Provide end-user support through training, issue resolution, and sharing best practices related to SuccessFactors modules.
  • Collaboration with IT & HR Teams: Work closely with IT and HR stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors and other systems. Participate in change management, upgrades, and enhancements of the system.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation on common issues, resolutions, troubleshooting processes, and known problems. Ensure all support activities are recorded for future reference and continuous improvement.
  • Release Management & Testing: Collaborate on the testing and deployment of new features, patches, and releases. Ensure smooth rollout and minimal disruption to business operations during system upgrades.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Assist in generating customized reports from SuccessFactors modules and ensuring accurate data management and reporting processes.

Technical Expertise:

  • In-depth understanding of LMS and PMGM configurations, business rules, workflows, and data models.
  • Strong experience with Recruitment Management processes, including requisition management, candidate pipelines, and interview workflows.
  • Knowledge of Compensation Module, including document management, task assignments, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors Reporting, Ad Hoc Reporting, and data integration (e.g., HANA, middleware systems).
  • Certifications: Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., Employee Central, LMS, PMGM) are preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with business users and technical teams effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify, analyze, and resolve complex system issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Ability to handle and resolve escalated issues while maintaining a high level of user satisfaction.
