We are looking forward to work with strong SAP professionals with hands on SP and CDP.. Note: Considering 15 days or less as NP. Job Description Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors CDP Consultant with SP. Location: All across India Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO) Responsibilities: In depth experience in supporting SAP SuccessFactors Career Development and Succession Management module • Must be SAP CD & SM module certified • Experience in end-to-end configuration of CD and SM business processes in the provisioning settings o Talent Profile Configuration settings o Succession Org Chart o Talent Calibration o SOC Rating scales o Talent Cards o Picklist configuration • Ability to resolve issues reported based on product knowledge and a good sense of the business process in question. • Certification in and exposure to any one other module from the following required Employee Central, Compensation Management & Variable Pay, Recruiting and Onboarding, Workforce Analytics • Exposure to Cross-functional integration processes within SuccessFactors and to third party systems such as SAP ECC or any non-SAP system • Experience in configuration, testing, preparing test documents with business scenarios, and communication with business for providing solution • Domain knowledge on hi-tech and consulting business sectors would be an added advantage • Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident/change/problem) and Application life cycle management • Experience of working in geographically diversified teams preferred • Good communication in English, verbal and written for all locations • Good communication in Spanish (for MX based resource) and in Portuguese ( for BR based resource), verbal and written Regards, Sadasivuni Deepa Wipro TA team
