Job Description

The role of SAP Service Delivery Manager at our company is a key position where you will utilize your techno-functional expertise in SAP, ERP, Oracle, or custom software to manage issues, risks, and dependencies effectively. You will be responsible for project leadership and advocating for business cases, ensuring the execution of high-value business solutions. This includes program planning, budget and P&L management, risk and operations transformation, systems integration, and software development. Your proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies will be crucial as you lead multiple Scrum teams, focusing on communication, leadership, quality assurance, automation, and transformation initiatives. As a seasoned professional with 12-15 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role, you will bring core skills in SAP/ERP/Oracle/Custom Software. Possessing certifications such as Scrum Master (required) and PMP (preferred) will be beneficial. Your expertise in tools like MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and ServiceNow will enhance your performance. Strong leadership, risk and budget management, mentoring abilities, and a focus on process improvement will be your strengths. Soft skills including being detail-oriented, a problem-solver, flexible, and a strong communicator are essential for success in this role. Your willingness to travel to client/project sites is a key requirement for this position.
