SAP SD/MM/FICO Consultant

Job Description

Gurgaon 1 7+ Years Full Time We are seeking an experienced and versatile SAP Functional Consultant with deep knowledge across SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and working knowledge of FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end functional activities, acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams, and ensuring optimal performance and integration of SAP processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support configurations, enhancements, and maintenance of SAP SD, MM, and PP modules. Provide functional support for specific FICO processes such as Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, or Asset Accounting. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments. Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis. Lead UAT, prepare training documents, and support end-users post-implementation. Ensure data integrity and compliance across integrated modules. Participate in periodic SAP upgrades and patch management activities. Key Skills & Qualifications: 7–10 years of experience in SAP functional roles. Deep hands-on experience in SD, MM, and PP modules. Functional knowledge of FICO, particularly in areas that integrate with logistics. Strong cross-module integration understanding (especially SD-FI, MM-FI, PP-CO). Proven track record of working on full lifecycle SAP implementations or major rollouts. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certification in any of the core modules. Experience with S/4HANA is a plus. Exposure to third-party systems integration or middleware is an advantage
