Key Responsibilities:

• Perform SAP testing (mandatory), ensuring that all functional requirements and quality benchmarks are met. • Demonstrate expertise in

  SAP Retail

  and

  SAP SD

  processes, validating business workflows specific to the retail domain. • Apply retail industry knowledge to analyze requirements, acceptance criteria, and business processes to create detailed and testable scenarios. • Support SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (preferred but not mandatory). • Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test scripts using tools like

  Tosca

  , ensuring high test coverage across sprint deliverables. • Validate retail processes including order management, pricing, billing, delivery, and returns. • Perform functional, regression, sanity, and integration testing to ensure application stability and meet release timelines. • Work with

  MS SQL databases

  to perform data validation and ensure data consistency. • Create and implement test plans, strategies, and schedules to ensure comprehensive coverage. • Apply industry-leading

  testing best practices, methodologies, standards, and metrics

  , including defect life cycle management. • Utilize test management tools (e.g.,

  Q Test, JIRA

  ) to maintain traceability and align testing efforts with business requirements. • Maintain and monitor

  testing KPIs

  , effort tracking, and reporting metrics for continuous improvement. • Collaborate with Business Analysts, ABAP developers, and Functional Analysts to ensure alignment on requirements and priorities. • Mentor, train, and support junior testing resources on methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Work closely with automation teams to share functional knowledge, support script development, and implement remediation strategies. • Prepare detailed test reports and present findings to stakeholders for informed decision-making. • Ensure development tasks meet quality criteria through thorough planning, execution, and defect management. • Continuously improve testing and validation processes, motivating teams to achieve higher efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills:

• • 4+ years of hands-on experience in

  SAP SD Testing

  with significant exposure to the

  Retail domain

• • Strong knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution, order-to-cash processes, and retail-specific workflows.
• • Experience in analyzing requirements and designing comprehensive test cases aligned with business needs.
• • Proficient in using test management tools (such as

  Q Test, JIRA

  ) and defect tracking systems.
• • Expertise in functional, regression, and integration testing methodologies.
• • Hands-on experience with

  MS SQL databases

  and writing queries for validation.
• • Excellent oral and written communication skills (mandatory).
• • Strong documentation and presentation skills (mandatory).
• • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, developers, and functional consultants.
• • Experience mentoring and guiding testing teams toward best practices.
