Job Summary

QA Analyst – D365

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Devs, technical project stakeholders and leads to understanding the requirements, ensuring responsibility for producing high-quality test cases and automation resulting from knowledge

• Test requirements as stated ensuring no leakage on production

• Deliver best possible solution in terms of performance, quality, and maintainability

• Create and maintain test cases, Test suite, Test plan and test results

• Provides input/updates to architect, Management, and project manager as required on test results with data driven status reports

• Ensure integrity of solutions on all environments using test and automation

• Provide support during UAT and Production support, test data issues and defects to determine root cause

• Contribute to and follow quality best practices

• Call out risks on time and to project LT

What You'll Need

Required:

• 6-8 years in software testing, preferably with D365 integration

• Proficiency in creating and executing test cases and automation scripts

• Experience with financial modules in D365 is an added advantage

• Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving issues

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
