Job Summary:

SAP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the SAP delivery team.
Manage project planning, execution, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Work closely with teams across
SAP SD, MM, FICO, and FI
modules to ensure cohesive integration and delivery.
Drive business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
Monitor project progress using tools like MS Project or Jira, and provide regular status updates to senior management.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and company policies.
Manage post-go-live support and continuous improvement efforts.
Mentor and guide SAP consultants and team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
10 years of SAP experience
, with a strong foundation in
SAP SD module
.
Proven experience managing
end-to-end SAP projects
, including full lifecycle implementations.
Solid exposure to
SAP MM, FICO, and FI
modules.
Strong understanding of business processes in sales, distribution, finance, and procurement.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP / Prince2 / SAP Activate Certification (Preferred).
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in S/4HANA migration or implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
