SAP SD & MM Consultant

Role Overview: You are being sought after to join the team as an experienced SAP SD & MM Consultant at GSPANN. Your responsibilities will include providing day-to-day support for SAP SD and MM modules, resolving incidents and service requests within SLA timelines, collaborating with business users to gather requirements, and supporting integration points between SD/MM and other modules like FI, WM, PP, etc. You will also be involved in testing activities, creating and maintaining documentation, and assisting in month-end and year-end closing activities related to SD/MM. Key Responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day support for SAP SD and MM modules. - Resolve incidents and service requests within SLA timelines. - Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. - Configure and maintain SD & MM modules based on user requirements. - Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver enhancements. - Handle master data and transactional data issues (Material, Vendor, Customer, Pricing, etc.). - Support integration points between SD/MM and other modules like FI, WM, PP, etc. - Participate in testing (Unit, Integration, UAT) and coordinate with QA teams. - Create and maintain documentation including functional specifications and user guides. - Work with ABAP developers for custom enhancements and debugging issues. - Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to SD/MM. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 6-8 years of experience in SAP SD and MM support. - Strong knowledge of key SD processes: Order to Cash (OTC), Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, Deliveries. - Experience with SAP ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or SAP Solution Manager. - Hands-on experience with configuration in SAP SD and MM. - Understanding of IDocs, EDI, and interfaces with third-party systems. - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
