Role Overview

As a Japanese bilingual SAP SD Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions to Japanese clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements, configure systems, and ensure successful project delivery and support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support SAP SD implementations and AMS projects for Japanese clients.
Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP SD processes.
Configure SAP SD modules including order management, billing, pricing, and shipping.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, PP) for integrated solutions.
Provide bilingual support (Japanese-English) during workshops, testing, and go-live.
Handle incident management, SLA tracking, and dashboard reporting using tools like ServiceNow.
Participate in cut-over planning, go-live support, and post-implementation reviews.
Maintain strong client relationships and act as a cultural bridge between teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

49 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module.
Minimum N3 level Japanese language proficiency (N2/N1 preferred).
Experience working on Japanese client projects or in Japan is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of SD processes: order-to-cash, consignment, returns, billing, etc.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
Excellent communication and documentation skills in both Japanese and English.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
