SAP SD / Customer Service Senior Consultant

As a SAP SD/Customer Service Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting standardized, efficient, cost-effective process and system solutions that align with the company's business objectives and requirements. You will act as the face of the department and company by collaborating with internal and external customers, as well as vendors, to investigate and present technical solutions. To excel in this role, you should possess a university degree in supply chain, computer science, or a related field with experience as a software developer. Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, production, or sales with a strong interest in Information Technology is also acceptable. It is crucial that you have experience working in both SAP ECC and S4 Hana systems, particularly in a manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities will include providing continuous improvement and support for SAP usage within the business, analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing solutions, as well as participating in the extraction and mapping of SAP SD master data for reporting purposes. You will also be responsible for documenting business requirements, test use cases, training materials, and updating application documentation as needed. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of SAP experience with a focus on SD & CS core processes, as well as experience with ERP migration and SAP implementation. Additionally, hands-on experience with SDCS process automation applications and integration of SAP SD & CS with other modules such as Production Planning, Material Management, Finance and Controlling, and Plant Maintenance is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (German is optional), project management abilities, and business acuity are also essential for this role. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, creative, efficient, and possess excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Previous experience in a manufacturing organization of similar size, diversity, scope, and complexity would be advantageous.
