Position Summary:

The SAP Consultant will collaborate closely with the Internal IT Team to enhance production planning and Quality Management processes, contributing to the development of a robust enterprise template. The role encompasses regular support, rollout projects, and the implementation of theEnterprise template across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently gather requirements, perform functional testing, and execute system configuration/customization.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and user guides.
• Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders and internal SAP teams to foster a cohesive and high-performing team.
• Continuously improve production planning and Quality Management processes to align with business goals.
• This position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills to ensure successful coordination with stakeholders and team members globally.

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:

• SAP PP/QM Expertise: Minimum of 78 years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM).
• End-to-End Implementations: At least two full-cycle SAP implementations completed, demonstrating expertise in project lifecycles.
• Core Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of Demand Management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) processes.
• Expertise in handling Planned Orders, Production Orders, and Master Data (including Bill of Materials, Work Centers, Routing and Production version etc.).
• Proven experience with Discrete Manufacturing processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of integration between SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, WM, and FI/CO) is preferred.
• WM/Handling Unit Management: Experience with Warehouse Management (WM) and Handling Unit Management (HUM) is an advantage.
• Technical and Functional Skills:
• Demonstrated ability to design, configure, and test SAP PP functionality.
• Solid understanding of business processes related to Production Planning and Quality Management.
• Ability to document and deliver business process flows and functional specifications.
