SAP PP /QM Consultant – Job Description Key Responsibilities Implement and configure SAP PP modules to meet business requirements. Analyze production workflows and optimize planning processes. Provide 1st and 2nd level SAP support for PP-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI/CO, SD) for seamless integration. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing. Develop and deliver training materials for end-users. Participate in system design, analysis, and integration testing. Analyze and understand client quality management requirements. Provide technical expertise and support during implementation phases. Develop and deliver training materials for end-users. Troubleshoot and resolve QM-related issues. Participate in project planning, testing, and go-live activities. Document QM processes and maintain compliance standards. Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of SAP PP module and integration with MM, SD, and FI. Experience in production planning, shop floor control, and demand management. Hands-on with configuration, master data, and reporting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/IT preferred. Configure and customize SAP QM module to meet client needs. Integrate QM with PP, MM, and SD modules for end-to-end process coverage. Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of SAP QM processes (inspection, audit, quality notifications). Experience in integration with PP/MM/SD modules. Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions. Hands-on with LSMW, SAP Query, and data migration tools.
