Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in SAP SD implementations and enhancements.
• Manage sales order management cycle including pricing, billing, and customer service processes.
• Configure and support Intercompany and Intracompany processes (STO, Sales).
• Handle Credit Management, Pricing, Routes, Sales Returns, Shipment, and Shipment Costs.
• Implement Third-Party Sales, MTO (Make to Order), and MTS (Make to Stock) processes.
• Ensure proper integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, PP).
• Design and manage copy controls, availability checks, and output determination.
• Provide functional consulting, documentation, and support for business users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end process delivery.
