SAP Sales Distribution Specialist

Role Overview: As a Senior SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Consultant, your primary role will involve the design, implementation, and support of SAP SD solutions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to enhance sales and distribution processes, ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules, and oversee SAP SD projects from start to finish. Your experience with ECC & SAP S/4HANA and proficiency in data migration tools like LSMW will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and customize SAP SD modules such as order-to-cash (O2C), pricing, billing, shipping, and transportation. - Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. - Align business processes with SAP SD functionalities and propose process improvements. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SD with MM, FI, PP, and WM modules. - Coordinate with technical teams for developments, interfaces, and reports. - Conduct user training sessions and develop documentation including process flows and user manuals. - Offer post-implementation support and address SAP SD-related issues effectively. - Conduct workshops and training programs for end-users and mentor junior consultants. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) consulting. - Proficiency in implementing and supporting ECC & SAP S/4HANA. - Strong knowledge of data migration tools like LSMW. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Prior experience in leading SAP SD projects from inception to completion.
