Job Description

As a SAP SD Consultant at PwC, you will be part of a team of problem solvers, assisting in solving complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities will include: - Being a Subject Matter Expert in the chosen domain. - Developing Client POC/POV for integrating and increasing adoption of emerging technologies like Blockchain and AI with the product platform. - Mentoring junior resources, conducting KSS and lessons learned sessions. - Demonstrating critical thinking and the ability to handle unstructured problems. - Reviewing ticket quality and deliverables, providing status reports for projects. - Adhering to SLAs, with experience in incident, change, and problem management. - Reviewing your work and that of others for quality, accuracy, and relevance. - Using appropriate tools for different situations and being able to explain the reasons for their choice. - Seeking opportunities for exposure to different situations, environments, and perspectives. - Communicating effectively and building quality relationships. - Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. - Demonstrating leadership capabilities by working directly with clients and leading engagements. - Working in a team environment with client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration. - Being a good team player and contributing to COE activities. - Managing escalations and risks effectively. Required Qualifications: - 6+ years of hands-on experience in the SD module, specifically in Support for S/4 HANA. - Adherence to SLAs, incident management, change management, and problem management experience. - Willingness to work in the 2nd shift. - Thorough understanding of business processes including Make To Order, Make To Stock, Consignment, Third Party Sales, Intercompany Sales, Rebates, Credit Management, Billing Plans, and Shipment. - Hands-on experience in S/4HANA functionalities such as Business Partner, Advance ATP, Condition Contract and Settlement Management, and BRF+ Output Management. - Understanding of Contract & Sales Order Processing, Delivery Execution, Invoicing, pricing procedures, and taxes. - Configuration/definition experience in SAP SD modules including Order Management, Various Pricing techniques, Delivery, Shipment, Billing, Outputs/BRF+ controls, Credit Management, and various Sales business processes. Preferred Qualifications: - SAP Certification on SD Module and S/4 HANA Sales. - Experience in integrating with SAP Transportation Management. - Strong understanding of integration with modules like FI/CO, MM, PS, HR. - Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC with some technical knowledge. - Hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow, Solution Manager, Jira, HP4, MQC, LSMW. - Implementation experience would be an added advantage.,
