SAP Sales and Distribution Professional - Subcon

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration

  • Lead full lifecycle SAP SD implementations and upgrades.
  • Configure SD functionalities:

    Order-to-Cash (O2C)

    , pricing, billing, shipping, credit management.
  • Customize SAP SD to meet business requirements and ensure compliance with best practices.

• Integration

  • Work with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PP, LE) for smooth integration.
  • Handle EDI/IDOC setups and third-party integrations.

• Support & Maintece

  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve SAP SD issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement enhancements.

• Documentation & Training

  • Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.

• Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing for new configurations.

• Continuous Improvement

  • Suggest process improvements and stay updated on SAP SD and S/4HANA innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise

  • 8-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and customization.
  • Minimum

    2 end-to-end implementation projects

    in SAP SD.
  • Strong knowledge of

    Order-to-Cash cycle

    , complex pricing procedures, tax setups.
  • Experience with

    SAP S/4HANA SD

    and

    Fiori apps

    .

• Domain Knowledge

  • Understanding of sales and distribution processes across industries.

• Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to lead teams and mentor junior consultants.

• Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • SAP SD and S/4HANA certifications preferred.
