We are seeking an experienced SAP SAC Planning Business Analyst to lead our BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) to SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) upgrade project. The ideal candidate will possess strong client-facing skills, exceptional modeling abilities, and superior presentation skills. This position requires consultants with an existing H1B visa."SAP Expertise: Proven experience with SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) In-depth knowledge of SAP SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), particularly in planning and modeling Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience in managing large-scale IT upgrade projects Ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines and milestones Technical Skills: Proficiency in data migration and integration between SAP BPC and SAP SAC Advanced analytics and data visualization capabilities Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet client needs Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with experience in designing effective planning models and workflows Attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing and validation Training and Support: Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on SAP SAC functionalities Experience in providing ongoing support and troubleshooting during and after the transition Documentation: Ability to create comprehensive documentation, including process flows, data models, and user guides Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team"
