Location: The Platina, Jayabheri Enclave, Hyderabad Shift: US Hours Are you an expert in payroll processing and invoicing We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage employee payroll for both USA and India, ensuring smooth financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Processing & Invoicing Process payroll for employees in the US & India, manage timesheets, generate invoices, and coordinate payments. Accounts Receivables Track outstanding payments, follow up on invoices, and ensure timely collections. Financial Reporting Maintain accurate records and reports for payroll and invoicing. Compliance Ensure adherence to US and Indian payroll laws & tax regulations. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in payroll processing, accounts management, or invoicing. Strong understanding of US & Indian payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel, QuickBooks (or similar accounting tools). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
