Role Overview

As the SAP S/4HANA IT Solution Owner for Source to Pay (S2P), you will be responsible for the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of SAP procurement solutions across global business units. You will act as the strategic interface between IT and procurement teams, ensuring that SAP S/4HANA capabilities are fully leveraged to optimize sourcing, purchasing, and supplier collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the SAP S/4HANA Source to Pay solution landscape

  , including design, configuration, and integration with other modules (e.g., Finance, Inventory).

• Lead global implementation and rollout projects

  for procurement processes within SAP S/4HANA.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders

  to gather requirements, define solution roadmaps, and ensure alignment with procurement strategy.

• Ensure solution integrity and compliance

  with internal standards and external regulations.

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement

  , leveraging SAP best practices and emerging technologies (e.g., Ariba, AI in procurement).

• Manage vendor relationships

  and coordinate with external consultants and SAP support teams.

• Provide expert guidance

  on SAP S/4HANA capabilities, including Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Supplier Evaluation, Invoice Verification, and Contract Management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree

  in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience

  in SAP ERP with a focus on Procurement and Source to Pay processes.

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA

  Procurement modules (MM, Ariba, SRM).

• Experience in global SAP rollouts

  , solution architecture, and integration projects.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• SAP certification

  in Sourcing and Procurement is a plus.
