SAP S/4HANA FICO Lead

As an experienced SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting clients in the selection, implementation, and support of the SAP FICO module. Your role will involve utilizing consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the client's business environment. You are expected to have close to 10 years of experience in SAP FICO, with experience in four E2E implementations and one E2E S/4HANA green or brown field implementation. Global support/implementation experience is also required. A SAP certification would be preferred. Your duties and responsibilities will include: - Facilitating the implementation and support of SAP Finance & Controlling to enhance clients" business functionality and overall performance, ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction. - Demonstrating knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies such as ASAP and Active Methodology. - Designing, configuring, and testing core FI/CO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Consolidations, CO-PA, Cost center accounting, Profit center accounting, Product costing, and Material ledger. - Understanding key integration points with FI/CO modules and configuring FICO processes in S/4HANA. - Having deep knowledge of FICO Enterprise structure, Business partner, FSCM, New GL functionality, Material ledger, Taxation, Banking automation, and Logistics integrated accounting entries. - Leading RTR value stream in global implementation and the FICO Team in implementations. - Providing functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP products to clients, acting as FICO lead for troubleshooting and solving software problems. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting. - Minimum 8 years of SAP FI/CO configuration experience. - Experience in four full lifecycle SAP implementations and at least one full lifecycle S/4HANA greenfield implementation. - Strong knowledge of Taxation, P&L, and Balance sheet, along with business knowledge and process design skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and good interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently or as a team player, manage workload, multi-task, and work under tight deadlines. - Proficiency in analyzing problems, providing recommendations, and being an effective problem solver. - Willingness to travel when required.
