Job Description

Support clients in the selection, implementation, and support of the SAP FICO module. Utilize consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the client's business environment to achieve the client's expected E2E FICO business processes transformation into SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate should possess close to 10 years of experience in SAP FICO, with preference given to SAP Certified individuals who have completed four E2E implementations and one E2E S/4HANA green or brown field implementation, along with global support/implementation experience. The Consultant plays a crucial role in facilitating the implementation and support of SAP Finance & Controlling to enhance clients" business functionality and overall performance while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies like ASAP and Active Methodology, design, configuration, and testing of core FI/CO modules, asset management, consolidations, CO-PA, cost center accounting, profit center accounting, product costing, and material ledger. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in key integration points with FI/CO modules, configuring FICO processes in S/4HANA, and a deep understanding of FICO Enterprise structure, business partner, FSCM, New GL functionality, material ledger, taxation, banking automation, and logistics integrated accounting entries. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting, a minimum of 8 years of SAP FI/CO configuration experience, and hands-on experience with data migration cockpit in S4HANA. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong knowledge in taxation, P&L, and balance sheet, possess business knowledge and process design skills, and exhibit the ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as good interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team are essential. Furthermore, the candidate must be capable of multitasking, working under tight deadlines, and managing their workload effectively. The role may require travel within America when necessary. Familiarity with ABAP code, real estate management, and Golden Tax is advantageous. The job entails providing SAP FICO subject matter expertise, supporting project implementations, understanding business/functional requirements, performing gap-fit analysis, modeling business processes in the FICO area, and providing post Go-Live support to end-users on existing business processes on SAP.
