This position reports to MO ERP IS Program Manager. Your role revolves around the Motion 2.0 Transformation Program, which aims to enable business divisions to pursue their strategies through integrated end-to-end processes, information availability, and better customer experience. The Motion ERP, utilizing S/4HANA technology, will serve as an architectural foundation for digitalization. As the MO SAP S/4 Solution Architect, you establish common ways of working across functional areas, ensuring architecture, data, and integration standards are defined and applied to meet business needs reliably, maintainably, compliantly, and auditably. Your main challenges include collaborating across functional expert teams and IS solution architects to optimize ERP platform utilization and understanding migration & transformation challenges. The role requires problem-solving skills, effective stakeholder collaboration, and a proactive approach to managing dependencies and risks. This role follows a hybrid work model and is open globally, with a preference for locations closer to the European time zone. Travel may be required periodically (>50%). Your key responsibilities include reviewing, validating, and approving technical designs, defining the IS platform architecture, keeping solution architecture up-to-date, collaborating with IS architects, and staying updated on S/4HANA technology best practices. Qualifications for the role include good business acumen, experience in ERP implementations, SAP ECC & S/4HANA competence, IT management experience, 10+ years of IT experience, and fluency in English.
