Job Description

About The Role

Work with SAP ABAP and FICO modules.

Collaborate on the delivery of services and solutions to support the direction of the Region and demonstrate the value of Infrastructure & Operations (I&O).

Infrastructure Operations:

Align on operational status, adjustments, roadmap, and incident/problem management activities to drive stability and performance.

Collaborate to ensure alignment between Core and Edge in terms of overall service outcomes and the development of future requirements.

Work with Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) to drive improvements in SAP landscape architecture and design.

Manage relationships with Managed Service Providers, infrastructure vendors, and Hosting Providers:

Responsible for performance oversight, delivery, and operations quality for the core ERP.

Engage with regional business stakeholders:

Handle Service Level Management (definition and reporting) and communication for change and crisis management.

Collaborate with IT Procurement and Vendor Management for alignment on requirements and operational needs.
